Cargill, Minneapolis, MN, has appointed David Lewis omega 3 product manager to support the product’s entry into the global marketplace. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Lewis was business unit director for Lipid Nutrition in North America and was responsible for its nutritional oil business.
